Commitment to Ethical Leadership

At ESG Association Namibia, we provide tailored guidance to help you navigate the complexities of sustainability reporting and responsible business practices. Our expertise is your resource for elevating your business’s commitment to environmental, social, and governance standards.

Our Governance Framework

Memorandum of Incorporation

Our Memorandum of Incorporation (MOI) is the founding constitutional document of the Association. It sets out the legal basis for how we are structured, how our Board is constituted, the rights of members, and how decisions are made at an organisational level. The MOI ensures that the Association operates within a clear and accountable governance framework.

Member Code of Professional Conduct

All members of the Association are bound by our Code of Professional Conduct. This Code sets out the fundamental principles of integrity, competence, responsibility, accountability, fairness and transparency that members commit to upholding in their professional roles. It reflects our belief that ESG practitioners must themselves model the standards they promote.

Ethics Policy

Our Ethics Policy articulates the Association's approach to fostering an ethical culture — for our Board, our staff and our members alike. It sets the tone for how we interact with stakeholders and makes clear our zero-tolerance stance towards unethical conduct.

Disciplinary Regulations

Where a member's conduct falls short of the standards set out in our Code of Professional Conduct, our Disciplinary Regulations provide a fair, transparent and structured process for addressing that misconduct. These regulations protect the integrity of the profession and maintain public confidence in the Association and its members.
